I am persuaded that the opportunities in our lives can make us stronger.  I believe that most opportunities must be recognized or earned as a result of dedication, raw talent, patience, careful listening, intuitive understanding, and persistence.  I believe that hard work pays off.  That truth, honesty, and study develop wisdom.  That treating people with respect and rewarding collective efforts produces the best results.  I believe in leading by example.  When faced with an uncommon challenge, I believe we can stretch our capabilities and exceed our former limits.  The horizon is never the same and is constantly in motion.
